利用規約
この利用規約（以下，「本規約」といいます。）は，ROGUE ROYALS（以下，「当社」といいます。）がこのウェブサイト上で提供するオンラインショップ（以下，「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザーの皆さま（以下，「ユーザー」といいます。）には，本規約に従って，本サービスをご利用いただきます。
第1条（適用）
• 本規約は，ユーザーと当社との間の本サービス利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
• 当社は，本サービスに関し，本規約のほか，ルール等（以下「個別規定」といいます。）を定めることがあります。これらは本規約の一部を構成します。
• 本規約と個別規定が矛盾する場合、個別規定が優先されます。
第2条（利用登録）
• 登録希望者が本規約に同意の上、当社の定める方法で利用登録を申請し、当社が承認した時点で登録が完了します。
• 当社は以下の場合、承認を行わないことがあります。理由を開示する義務はありません。
– 虚偽の届け出があった場合
– 過去に本規約違反がある場合
– その他、当社が不適当と判断した場合
第3条（ユーザーIDおよびパスワードの管理）
• ユーザーは自己責任でID・パスワードを管理するものとします。
• ID・パスワードの譲渡、貸与、共用は禁止します。
• ID・パスワード一致でのログインはユーザー本人の利用とみなします。
• 第三者による不正利用による損害は、当社に故意・重過失がない限り責任を負いません。
第4条（売買契約）
• ユーザーが購入申込を行い、当社が承諾通知を送信した時点で売買契約が成立します。
• 商品の所有権は、当社が配送業者に引き渡した時点でユーザーに移転します。
• 以下の場合、当社は通知なく契約を解除できます。
– 規約違反があった場合
– 届け先不明や長期不在で配送不能の場合
– 信頼関係が損なわれた場合
• 決済、配送、キャンセル、返品等の詳細は別途定めます。
第5条（知的財産権）
• 本サービスで提供される商品写真・コンテンツ等の権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。
• 無断複製・転載・改変・二次利用は禁止します。
第6条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
• 法令・公序良俗違反
• 犯罪行為関連
• 知的財産権侵害
• サーバー・ネットワーク破壊・妨害
• 商業的利用
• サービス運営妨害
• 不正アクセス
• 他ユーザーの個人情報収集
• 他ユーザーになりすまし
• 反社会的勢力への利益供与
• その他当社が不適切と判断する行為
第7条（提供の停止等）
• 以下の場合、通知なく本サービスを停止・中断できます。
– システム保守点検・更新
– 地震・火災・停電・天災等不可抗力
– 通信事故等による停止
– その他提供困難と当社が判断した場合
• 当社は停止・中断により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
第8条（利用制限・登録抹消）
• 以下の場合、通知なく利用制限または登録抹消できます。
– 規約違反
– 登録事項に虚偽がある場合
– 決済手段の利用停止
– 料金不払い
– 当社からの連絡に一定期間無返答
– 長期間利用がない場合
– その他利用不適当と判断した場合
• これにより生じた損害について当社は責任を負いません。
第9条（退会）
• ユーザーは所定の手続きにより退会できます。
第10条（保証の否認・免責事項）
• 本サービスに瑕疵がないことを保証しません。
• ユーザーに生じた損害について当社は責任を負いません。
• 消費者契約に該当する場合、重過失を除く特別損害については免責します。
• ユーザー間や第三者との取引・紛争についても責任を負いません。
第11条（サービス内容の変更等）
• 当社は通知なくサービス内容を変更・中止できます。
• これによる損害について責任を負いません。
第12条（規約の変更）
• 当社は通知なく規約を変更できます。
• 変更後に利用を開始した場合、同意したものとみなします。
第13条（個人情報の取扱い）
• 個人情報の取扱いは当社「プライバシーポリシー」に従います。
第14条（通知・連絡）
• 通知・連絡は当社指定の方法で行います。
• ユーザーが変更届けをしない限り、登録された連絡先は有効とみなします。
第15条（権利義務の譲渡禁止）
• ユーザーは、当社承諾なく契約上の地位・権利義務を第三者に譲渡・担保提供できません。
第16条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
• 本規約は日本法を準拠法とします。国際物品売買契約に関する国際連合条約は適用しません。
• 紛争は当社本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Use (English Version)
These Terms of Use (“the Terms”) set forth the conditions for use of the online shop services (“the Services”) provided by ROGUE ROYALS (“the Company”) on this website. Registered users (“Users”) shall use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
• These Terms apply to all relationships between the User and the Company concerning the Services.
• The Company may establish additional rules (“Individual Rules”), which constitute part of these Terms.
• If the Terms conflict with Individual Rules, the Individual Rules shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
Article 2 (User Registration)
• Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies using the prescribed method, and the Company approves the application.
• The Company may refuse registration without obligation to disclose reasons, including:
– False information submitted
– Previous violations of these Terms
– The Company deems registration inappropriate
Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)
• Users are responsible for managing IDs and passwords.
• Transfer, lending, or sharing of IDs/passwords is prohibited.
• Logins using registered IDs/passwords are deemed the User’s own use.
• The Company is not liable for damages from unauthorized use unless due to intent or gross negligence.
Article 4 (Purchase Agreement)
• A purchase agreement is established when a User applies to purchase and the Company sends confirmation.
• Ownership transfers to the User when the Company delivers the item to the carrier.
• The Company may cancel an agreement without notice if:
– Violation of the Terms
– Delivery impossible due to unknown address or long absence
– Trust with the User is deemed broken
• Payment, shipping, cancellation, and return details are defined separately.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
• All rights to product photos and content belong to the Company or rightful owners.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution, or secondary use is prohibited.
Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following:
• Acts violating laws or public order
• Criminal acts
• Infringement of intellectual property
• Destruction/interference of servers or networks
• Commercial use of obtained information
• Obstruction of service operations
• Unauthorized access
• Collection of personal information of other users
• Impersonation of other users
• Providing benefits to antisocial forces
• Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 7 (Suspension of Services)
• The Company may suspend Services without notice if:
– System maintenance/updates
– Force majeure (earthquake, fire, disaster, etc.)
– Accidents causing system/network failure
– Other cases deemed difficult to continue
• The Company is not liable for damages due to suspension.
Article 8 (Restrictions and Deregistration)
• The Company may restrict use or deregister a User without notice if:
– Violation of the Terms
– False registration information
– Invalid payment method
– Non-payment of fees
– No response to Company communications
– Long-term inactivity
– Other inappropriate use
• The Company is not liable for damages from such actions.
Article 9 (Withdrawal)
• Users may withdraw via prescribed procedures.
Article 10 (Disclaimer and Warranties)
• The Company does not guarantee Services are free from defects.
• The Company is not liable for damages from use of Services.
• If considered a consumer contract, the Company is not liable for special damages caused by slight negligence.
• The Company is not responsible for disputes between Users or with third parties.
Article 11 (Changes to Services)
• The Company may change/discontinue Services without notice.
• The Company is not liable for resulting damages.
Article 12 (Amendments to Terms)
• The Company may amend the Terms without notice.
• Continued use after changes constitutes agreement.
Article 13 (Personal Information)
• Personal information shall be handled under the Privacy Policy.
Article 14 (Communication)
• Communication is conducted via methods specified by the Company.
• Unless updated, registered contact info is deemed valid.
Article 15 (Prohibition of Assignment)
• Users may not transfer or pledge contractual rights/obligations without prior written consent.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
• These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The CISG does not apply.
• Disputes shall be under exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Company’s headquarters.

제4조 (매매 계약)
• 이용자가 구매 신청을 하고 당사가 승인 통지를 한 시점에 계약이 성립합니다.
• 소유권은 당사가 운송업체에 상품을 인도한 시점에 이전됩니다.
• 당사는 다음의 경우 계약을 해제할 수 있습니다.
– 약관 위반
– 주소 불명·장기 부재로 배송 불가
– 신뢰 훼손
• 결제, 배송, 취소, 반품은 별도 규정에 따릅니다。
제5조 (지적재산권)
• 서비스의 사진·콘텐츠 등의 권리는 당사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
• 무단 복제·전송·개변·2차 이용은 금지됩니다.
제6조 (금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
• 법령·공서양속 위반
• 범죄 행위
• 지적재산권 침해
• 서버·네트워크 파괴·방해
• 상업적 이용
• 서비스 운영 방해
• 불법 접근
• 타인의 개인정보 수집
• 타인 사칭
• 반사회적 세력 이익 제공
• 기타 당사가 부적절하다고 판단하는 행위
제7조 (서비스 정지 등)
• 당사는 다음의 경우 통지 없이 서비스 제공을 정지·중단할 수 있습니다.
– 시스템 점검·갱신
– 천재지변 등 불가항력
– 통신사고
– 기타 제공이 곤란한 경우
• 이로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다。
제8조 (이용 제한·등록 말소)
• 당사는 다음의 경우 이용 제한 또는 등록 말소를 할 수 있습니다.
– 약관 위반
– 허위 등록
– 결제 수단 정지
– 요금 미납
– 장기간 무응답
– 장기간 미이용
– 기타 부적절한 경우
• 이로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다。
제9조 (탈퇴)
• 이용자는 정해진 절차에 따라 탈퇴할 수 있습니다。
제10조 (보증 부인·면책)
• 서비스에 하자가 없음을 보증하지 않습니다。
• 이용 손해에 대해 당사는 책임지지 않습니다。
• 소비자 계약의 경우, 중과실 제외 특별 손해는 면책됩니다。
• 이용자 간·제3자와의 분쟁에 대해서도 책임지지 않습니다。
제11조 (서비스 내용 변경)
• 당사는 통지 없이 서비스를 변경·중단할 수 있으며, 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다。
제12조 (약관 변경)
• 당사는 통지 없이 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다。

제13조 (개인정보 처리)

제14조 (통지·연락)
